In this episode long standing beliefs of perfection are explored, embraced, and gently released. The reflection explores the paradox of perfection, inviting the listener to consider a new definition, one that encompasses quirks, blemishes, and irregularities.

This marks a turning point where I recognize and shed more layers of ego that once held perfection as a destination, something elusive to achieve, to be worthy of, and to strive for.

It’s me choosing and turning towards deeper of faith, a re-alignment with authenticity, integrity and radical self-acceptance for the imperfect perfection of being human.

What if we accepted our fellow humans with the same unconditional compassion and open hearts, not needing apologies or explanations? How might this shift the energy of relationship to all that is?

If this stirs feelings of being more deeply grounded and peaceful … I invite you to keep leaning in.

Take what resonates. Let the rest fall away.
