38 Trusting the Signal - When Doubt Debuts as Distraction

Does anyone truly know the origin of dreams and thoughts that enter the mind, often awakening us at night?
What if the intelligent universe is always sending signals, to support and guide us?
Why are we so quick to dismiss the signals the brains receive, choosing skepticism over faith?
In this episode, I reflect upon a threshold moment of awareness, a choice between blind faith of infinite possibility and distraction rooted in fear and doubt - an attempt of the ego to control the journey.
May this reflection be an invitation … to pause, to awaken, and to notice thoughts that we so often take for granted. May we soften the edges of long held rigid beliefs, recognizing the moment of choice as it arrives, then choosing with care how to respond.
We are not our thoughts. And yet thoughts shape our reality.
Be the change you want to see in the world … one thought at a time.
